- 1 ½ cups pistachio crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup shelled pistachios, chopped for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
