Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

An easy and comforting recipe for chicken and stuffing casserole that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions and spread it evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and the stuffing is golden brown.

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add your favorite vegetables for extra nutrition.
