  • 1 package pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cherries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cherry mixture onto one half of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
