- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and browned butter.
- Add the pumpkin puree and eggs, mixing until smooth.
