- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine the hash browns with salt and pepper and press them into the bottom of a greased pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
