An easy and delicious recipe for Bang Bang Fried Rice featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pan, add chicken ham and mixed vegetables. Cook until heated through.
  3. Add the cooked rice, bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  4. Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked, then mix everything together.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic or ginger to the mix.
  • Use leftover rice for better texture.
