  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 slices chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until slightly crispy.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the bacon and ham, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
