  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the baby bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until the bok choy is tender.
